October 15, 2008 - Devin Letzer, whose father was killed in 2003 in a crash involving a defective U-Haul trailer, is the new spokesman for U-HaulSafetyAlert.Org, sponsors have announced. "My goal is to help make the public aware of U-Haul's history of renting out defective vehicles and its callous disregard for the safety of its customers," Letzer said. "Had it not been for company greed that sent us out on the road with an unsafe trailer, my father would be alive today. I don't want to see that happen to anyone else," he added.
